Nestled above Cafe Bistrot David, our Mibrasa parrilla grill and oven — imported from Spain — is 100% fuelled by charcoal and capable of reaching searing temperatures up to 350°C.
In 2022, as part of our ongoing pursuit to push the boundaries of modern bistro cooking, we introduced the Mibrasa to bring an entirely new depth of flavour to our cuisine. It’s all about intensity, precision, and the primal satisfaction of fire and smoke.
From dry-aged steaks and premium cuts of meat, to seasonal seafood and our signature paellas with caramelised socarrat — every dish cooked over charcoal carries the unmistakable character of flame, crafted to be shared and savoured.
